WordPress 2.8.1 upgrade to WordPress 2.8.2
The latest WP upgrade from version 2.8.1 to 2.8.2 is a minor upgrade whereas only 8 small files need to be changed.
Download the 2.8.2 upgrade files
In stead of automatically upgrading from your dashboard, which may fail as many people upgrade at the same time and which takes quite some time, just download the modified files and overwrite the corresponding files of your existing installation.
Download from HERE
Upgrade to WP 2.8.2
1. Unzip the downloaded file. You find a folder called 2.8.2.
2. Open the folder 2.8.2 and upload the content to your WP root, merging wp-admin, wp-includes and readme.html
Semiomantics Scripts
The above procedure can be applied to any Semiomantics script such as YORGOO Blaster, YORGOO Booster, YORGOO Press, Author Sites, XO and derived and customized versions.
